I have never found a hand cream to date that doesn’t feel sticky, tacky on my skin. I don’t like the residue feeling on my skin. If my hands are really dry, I will apply a little at night before bed, that was until the launch of this little wonder – Bodhi & Birch has developed a cool hand serum. The Lime Blossom Protecting Hand Serum is light and fabulously fragrant. As it’s oil based, one squirt is all you need. And surpisingly, even though it’s oil based, it’s not at all oily on the skin. It feels silky and smooth and within seconds your hands are refreshed and you can get on with your day. Excellent used directly after washing your hands and a god send after working in the garden.
It’s made from Olive Squalane which is a botanical lipid derived from olives. It contains a unique antioxidant that protects skin from free-radical damage, replenishes skin squalene to keep it moisturised and help diminish blemishes, age spots and lines. Olive Squalane is combined with Rose Hip Oil, rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins, highly moisturising Plum Kernel and Safflower Seed Oils, along with Vitamin E to instantly nourish and rejuvenate hands.
Excellent for a protecting hand product – it’s also antibacterial, antiseptic and has an antiviral blend of Lime and Green Mandarin essential oils helps protect hands while keeping skin fresh.
Applied onto damp skin after cleansing hands, this fast penetrating oil serum delivers key nutrients into skin to deeply nourish dry hands and cuticle.
I have to say that I am super impressed with this product. And I don’t say that lightly. It’s really rather brilliant.
