Review: Thai Square Spa

Thai Square relaxation roomTHE SPA:

The Thai Square Spa in Covent Garden is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping madness of the piazza.  Housed within a beautiful converted Victorian warehouse, the spa offers a haven of peace and tranquillity. Decked out in dark wood and natural stone, the reception area and spa itself are not short on Thai artefacts, gongs, statues and soothing music; once you leave the street you could truly believe you are in Thailand.  The spa includes 14 treatment rooms and a Mosaic Steam Rasul Suite plus a couple’s suite – so you are never short of available appointments. Two of the treatment rooms boast huge copper baths and the therapists are all originally from Thailand – this is the real deal.

Authentic Thai brands Erb and Panpuri

I chose to have the Back, Neck and Shoulder Traditional Thai Massage. On arrival I was presented with a selection of traditional Thai teas – I went for a fruity blend and was then treated to a Floral Foot Soak (don’t scoff – it refreshes smelly feet). Then it was time for the Thai massage. It involved gentle stretching, massage and manipulation of the body and muscles aimed at easing tension and targeting some of the problems I have with posture. It wasn’t as intense as some floor based Thai Massage (which was a good thing) it was relaxing and calming and I felt revived afterwards. Some Thai massages are too full on and feel like hard work – this was perfect.

  1. Hello would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with? I’m
planning to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique.
P.S Apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
