It’s not surprising that massage can help with depression. Massage, used correctly is a profound tool and often underestimated and undervalued. Often seen only as a way to relax or soothe the muscle, its deeper benefits are lost. It’s timely to discuss this as its Mental Health Awareness Week and we need to open up more and sinus problems we face. talking is a key method, but connecting on the human level is also truly beneficial. I spoke to Beata Aleksandrowicz, Co-Founder of Pure Massage Spa Training Method, who is an advocate of the power of touch.
