What is…Mindfulness Meditation

THE STORY: A few years ago I was introduced to Mindfulness Meditation. I had been suffering from constant stomach pains, couldn’t concentrate and was incredibly stressed at work. But should it be more than a treat? I love to spa because it’s an escape, it offers some down time, a chance to chill out, relax, eat a little better, maybe take some exercise, have a treatment and refocus on what’s important. Wellness. SpaFinder Wellness (it’s in the name) takes wellness seriously and each …
