brilliant face masks

Once a week the general advice is to treat your skin to a face mask. Cleanse the skin, exfoliate and apply. Choose one according to what your skin needs – whether it’s to calm, nourish or reduce oil or regulate sebum. It’s an easy process and I always do it in the bath (although purists might suggest the heat from the bath counters the benefits).

Below is my pick of three of the best face masks of the moment.

ishga Exfoliating Face Mask

This uses grains of milled seaweed to gently exfoliate too. It is packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and trace elements and is recognised for its ability to revitalize, repair, and moisturise giving a feeling of new skin.
